MacroFactor iOS Shortcuts

Collection of iOS shortcuts I built to streamline logging and tracking in MacroFactor:

AI Photo Log

Water Bottle Log

To edit the containers:

1. Open the shortcut in the Shortcuts app.
2. Tap the three dots (…) in the top right corner of the shortcut.
3. Scroll down to the “Choose from Menu” action.
4. Tap on it to edit the options for different water containers.
5. Use the ‘Measurement’ action to adjust the volume for each container as needed.
